Get your colleagues to take part in a cooking course and promote low or sugar-free recipes.
- Take your staff to a cookery school for a team-building day. Make sure you choose a healthy cookery class.
- Or if you have the facilities on site, ask a cookery teacher to come to you.
- Find your nearest Ministry of Food and sign up.
- If there is a local food partnership in your area, check if their members run training session.
