Time is running out on children’s health: ask MPs to take action

The Government will be announcing their spending plans for next year on 25 November. We want all MPs to have Free School Meals and other food support for children on the top of their agenda. Help us reach all MPs.

The action is now closed.

Last week, the Government voted against extending free school meal provision over half term and Christmas holidays in England. Find out how your MP voted here. Whilst many misjudged the wider public’s opinion on this issue, MPs now have a chance to redeem themselves by committing to investing in children’s access to healthy food longer term within the spending review.

That's what our current e-action to MPs is all about. We have just a few weeks left to influence Rishi Sunak's current spending review, which he will present on Wednesday 25 November. There's no better time to write to your MP, asking them to support investment in children's healthy food, so that we avoid similar crises in future.

It is a basic human right to give children in the UK the best start in life. Make sure your MP hears from you.

Share among your networks: via email, newsletters, on facebook and Twitter, so we can reach all MPs.
